To help our design team start the investigation and design activities on your project as quickly as possible, simply fill out and submit our on-line Service Request Form. 

Two versions of the form are available.  One form is for property transactions and collects information on the seller and buyer, as well as the real estate agents involved.   A form is also available for property owners who may be developing land and want to contract with us directly.

Once the on-line form has been submitted, you will receive a contract by mail, e-mail or fax, whichever you prefer.  Simply sign the contract and mail to our offices with the requested deposit.  Our team will commence with their investigation and design activities as soon as we receive your executed contract.
