The owner and principal, Stephen J. Buckley R.E.H.S., has over 20 years experience in the field of wastewater treatment and disposal, both as a county regulator and as a design consultant. Our design team is comprised of experienced professionals who have a thorough understanding of the various disciplines involved in evaluating sites and developing wastewater solutions.
